How I Got Here

In 2021, I left my life behind as a pandemic ICU nurse to start over, get away from lockdowns, burnout, and reinvent my career.

Little did I know, my entire world was about to be flipped upside-down when I got the devastating news that my mom passed away by taking her life.

What was the most painful yet pivotal moment of my life opened a doorway of rebirth and transformation.

Following my mom’s transition, I traveled throughout Italy, Peru, Costa Rica, Mexico exploring healing, creativity, spirituality, and what it truly means to live a meaningful life.

That journey led me into several years of working in ketamine-assisted therapy clinics as a nurse and coach, providing emotional support for people experiencing depression, chronic pain, and navigating major life transitions.

My Mission

Today, my work is centered on helping re-humanize what has been lost in the the modern healthcare systems by bridging the gaps as a death doula and integration guide— providing education, grounded spiritual support, conversations around grief, mental health, identity, purpose, and end-of-life.

I believe no one should have to suffer alone, and that meaningful support can change the way we move through life’s most difficult moments.

My Creative Journey

I believe creativity is what connects us to something greater than ourselvesour soul.

It is by far been what’s made the most lasting impact on my own healing journey, and the natural byproduct of transforming pain into something purposeful.

Whether I’m helping you unlock your own creative gifts or creating sacred space through music, art, and storytelling— it is my greatest joy to bring beauty and a creative atmosphere into any space that I’m working in.
