How I Got Here

During the pandemic my life completely cracked open.

I was working in the ICU—an experience of immense pressure that left a lasting impact on me. Not long after, while I was still processing that chapter, my mother unexpectedly took her own life.

That moment became a turning point, bringing several layers of my life into focus at once, forcing me to confront the ways I had been self-abandoning in all areas of my life and especially for the system I had devoted my career to.

Grief became my most powerful teacher.

This journey led me down a path of deep inner and outer exploration— leading me to travel to Mexico, Peru, Costa Rica, and Italy.

During this chapter I reconnected with my with my roots, sat with Indigenous teachers, expanded my studies of consciousness and holistic healing, reclaimed my artistry, reinvented my career entirely, and attracted the like-minded community that I call my “soul family” until this day.

This journey informs the work I do today as an educator and mentor, supporting others as they navigate the evolving landscape of alternative healing.

My Creative Journey

I believe we are all artists.

Aside from my professional background, I am a multi-disciplinary artist, including visual media, flow arts, fire dancing, and sound facilitation.

I truly believe this has made the most lasting, fulfilling, and powerful impact on my own wellbeing, and I’ve witness the effect it has on the lives of many. It is my highest joy to be a cheerleader in your own creative journey, and help you discover the unlocking or your own unique creative abilities.
